Watergate Salad
1 (3.4 ounce) box instant pistachio pudding
mix
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
In a medium bowl, mix together crushed pineapple with pudding mix until well combined. Good in whipped topping followed by marshmallows and chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

White chocolate peppermint popcorn

1 bag of microwave popcorn
1 bag white chocolate chips
1 + cup Marshmallows
Crushed peppermints

Microwave your popcorn and pour out onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Add marshmallows. Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with peppermints. Place in fridge to allow to set up.

White Chicken Chili

15 oz canned chicken, drained
6 cans of great northern beans, drained and rinsed
6 cups of chicken broth
2 4oz cans of chopped green chiles
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp oregano
16 oz sour cream
3 cups Monterey Jack cheese
